The RICS Level 3 Survey, also known as a Building Survey, is the most detailed and comprehensive of the RICS surveys. The survey includes:

- Inspection of all fixed services such as heating, plumbing, drainage, and electrics, although a separate specialist report may be recommended for detailed analysis.

The Level 3 Survey provides detailed advice on the necessary remedial works and ongoing maintenance required to preserve the property. The report is intended to inform prospective buyers
